Our very first classes for children between the ages of 5 and 7 years of age have begun.
These are special "fun" classes where young children can take part in well organised, tailor-made classes that will encourage co-ordination skills, develop confidence and help them to interact with other children of the same age.
The young children will be well supervised and taught by Lauren Frearson 4th Dan and her daughter Jodi Stringer 1st Dan Shotokan Karate who are both CRB checked, first aid trained, have full level one coaching certificates as approved by the Sports Council.
Special Awards given to participating children and classes will be only £3.00 a lesson.

come along to 75 Humberstone Gate (opposite Sainsbury's) and we are downstairs. Children can start straight away - loose fitting clothing is all that is required!
